Information about the hotel and Covid-19

For us at Captain House Afissos, the safety of our guests is of utmost importance. Our priority is for our clients, guests and staff to remain safe during this period we are all experiencing. All measures will be taken in such a way as to ensure that you have a pleasant and safe stay and that you truly have a unique experience.

Personal hygiene measures

We take steps to implement good personal hygiene practices (both by employees and third parties) in the workplace and monitor their continued implementation.

Floor & Room Services

The rooms will all be cleaned with disinfectant cleaning products. In order to avoid possible spreading, rooms will not be cleaned daily during the stay. Towels and linen will be changed upon request at the reception.

Cleaning Protocol

All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected frequently during the day, paying special attention to all surfaces in common areas (such as doorknobs, elevator buttons, reception, etc.).

Public Areas

Good ventilation shall be provided in public areas, antiseptic solutions have been placed for dry hand sanitizing, and special signage to remind customers to maintain physical distance.
